The instruments of the premium Series 2000 satisfy the highest musical standards and are excellent for use in music and grade schools.

Series 2000 glockenspiel bars have special alloyed and processed steel that creates clear, powerful, sustained sound. The Studio 49 bar seating prevents the interchangeable bars from falling out.

All instruments have solid wood resonance boxes and handles for easy transportation. The handles also serve as supports for the stands. Adjusting the instruments on the stands is easy. Instruments can be changed with only the turn of a screw, allowing uninterrupted instruction.

For maximum volume, the alto and bass instruments include several proportioned resonance chambers and sound-reinforcing lips on the dividers. Only hand-selected and expertly cured Amazon Jacaranda rosewood is used in the legendary Series 2000.

Grillodur bars, made of a highly refined fiberglass material, are an alternative to the Amazon Jacaranda rosewood bars. They hold the pitch through strong changes of temperature and humidity. Grillodur bars have outstanding sound and are appropriate for making music in outdoor settings.

Bars made of grillodur, a highly refined fiberglass material, offer the advantage of extremely high impact strength as well as resistance against any changes in humidity. This guarantees consistent, permanent pitch in areas with changing climates. Instruments with grillodur bars are an excellent choice for outdoor settings.
